Life Beyond Email: Messaging and Notifications

idea is to make message medium configurable based on user preferences, urgency, etc
messaging module
	plugins for twitter, mail, sms, xmpp, web
	messaging module is gateway for other modules
	not all parts are working currently (e.g. sms)
	also handles listening for incoming messages (about to be released)
	
mail2web module
	send mail which gets posted to site
	replies to email are posted as comments
	
sending via sms requires subscription

module uses sms framework which includes some sms gateway features
has not yet been heavily load tested
